Automotive Sales Associate
We are looking for experienced, qualified sales professionals or someone looking to start a career with a desire to grow and achieve above average income! The role of an Automotive Sales Associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features: developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales. Automotive Sales Associates are also responsible for providing customers with the utmost buying experience and expected to maintain an ongoing relationship with the client post-sale. Qualifications and Skills Previous automotive sales experience is a plus Must have a clean and valid driver's license. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections Quality customer service skills and sales track record Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Persistent, competitive and good work ethic. Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales Bi-lingual a big plus good English/Spanish or Portuguese Benefits Aggressive pay plan based on volume, $100K+ per year is attainable.
