Express Service Advisor

The Express Service Advisor at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, FL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in scheduling maintenance and repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive services and excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Responsibilities

Assist customers in scheduling express service appointments Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service status Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized service advisory area Describe all work performed and related charges billed Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction Other duties, as assigned. Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Have or able to obtain a Florida driver's license within 30 days of hire Benefits
