Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact between customers and internal manufacturing teams. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately within ERP or order management systems Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment Monitor order status, backorders, shipping schedules, and resolve delivery or quantity discrepancies Communicate proactively with customers regarding order changes, delays, or supply issues Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and documentation Process returns, credits, and order adjustments in accordance with company policies Support sales and account management teams with customer data and order updates Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer service policies Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) 13 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Burlington, WI. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $39,520.00 - $52,000.00/yr.
