
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to support a portfolio of assigned customers within a regulated, fast-paced production environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure orders move accurately and efficiently from entry through delivery. The right person brings strong attention to detail, confidence communicating across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll Do:
Manage customer orders end-to-end, from receipt through shipment
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Coordinate closely with internal teams to support production schedules, order changes, and delivery timelines
Maintain accurate order records, reports, revisions, and approvals
Support forecasting conversations by sharing customer demand insights internally
Identify and escape process or system issues to drive resolution
Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience and support additional product needs
Use business tools (Excel, CRM/order management systems, email) to track and manage work
What They’re Looking For:
Experience supporting customers in a
manufacturing or production-based environment
Strong understanding of how sales, operations, and logistics teams work together
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
Confident communicator who can de-escalate issues professionally
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in
Excel
and everyday business systems
Casual work environment
Strong internal mobility into areas such as supply chain, operations, or procurement
