We're also open to candidates with retail parts experience from places like AutoZone, Pep Boys, or similar. The Parts Counter Representative role is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving operations while supporting parts sales to customers at the counter, through the service department, and over the phone. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service. Preparing, packing, and shipping outgoing parts and transfers in a timely manner Receiving, checking in, and stocking parts while verifying accuracy and inventory levels Pulling and filling orders for customers and the service department Processing customer orders and recommending related parts or repair items Providing exceptional service to customers and vendors Assisting with maintaining accurate perpetual inventory Qualifications

Preferred:

A minimum of 2 years of prior shipping and receiving experience is highly preferred. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Benefits
