Outside Fleet Sales Consultant

The Outside Fleet Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with commercial clients for Sky Group's Fleet and Commercial division. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with businesses that require fleet solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies. Key responsibilities include: Prospect and develop new accounts: Identify and engage potential commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Client relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Fleet solutions expertise: Provide tailored fleet solutions, including vehicle selection, financing options, and maintenance programs. Sales targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals for fleet and commercial vehicles. Market analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, service, and operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences. Qualifications include: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or fleet sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of fleet management solutions and commercial financing options is a plus.
