5:00 PM (Remote Mondays & Fridays) Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods & month-end This position supports a newly acquired division, offering long?term stability, clear processes, and opportunities for growth within a hybrid work model. About the Role

This is a full?time operational support role focused on customer account assistance, issue resolution, documentation, and cross?team coordination. While you'll field inbound calls, the work goes beyond traditional customer service

you'll also support internal teams, troubleshoot service issues, manage account updates, and provide administrative support tied to utility operations. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications regarding service accounts, billing questions, and general inquiries Support internal teams with documentation, account research, and system updates Investigate service issues, perform account troubleshooting, and escalate when appropriate Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with customer activity Assist with operational tasks during peak periods (e.g., month?end processing) Meet quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance standards Collaborate with field service, billing, and operations teams to resolve customer or service-related issues Experience & Requirements

23 years of customer support, administrative, call center, or operations experience Strong communication and problem?solving skills Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High attention to detail and strong documentation skills Ability to multitask in a fast?paced, structured environment Reliable transportation for on?site workdays and interviews Willingness to work occasional overtime during busier operational periods Why You'll Love This Opportunity
