THE POSITION

As a

Director

Strategic Sourcing

here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long-term growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

You will report directly to our

Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing

and you will work out of our

Tempe, AZ OR

one of our other

Aero

locations on a

hybrid

work schedule.

In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic plans for supplier resiliency and drive long-term growth with a best in class Resiliency program.

Conduct market analysis, trends, risk factors and analysis to identify and monitor potential risk areas such as Operational, Reputational risk, Quality, Human risk or complex risk.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resiliency within the supply base that will support proactive monitoring and mitigation plans.

Monitor and evaluate scenario planning for upcoming economic, tariff, weather type scenarios.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead and manage the strategic planning processes for Supplier Resiliency

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supplier Resiliency, Sourcing, Digital Transformation, Procurement, business development, or related roles.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans.

Experience in strategic planning in a global organization.

Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

MINNESOTA PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $167,000 - $209,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $240,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

WASHINGTON PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $240,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
