A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, specifically within a prestigious law firm or professional services environment. A proven track record of managing multi-site HR functions and navigating complex change management projects. Advanced mastery of federal and state employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and a SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
