The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure HR strategies support the mission and long-term vision of our organization. This position emphasizes employee relations, performance management, policy development, and cultivating a robust organizational culture. The Director of HR will lead a dynamic team, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and promote a positive workplace environment through innovative initiatives. Successful candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role. Experience within healthcare, behavioral health, or similar regulated environments is highly desirable. Key attributes include a proven record in strategic HR management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
