Marketing Seeding (Product Ordering) Intern Description - This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that

will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future

(full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested

candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future.

Join us for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.

Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun! The Team: Support the Hyper X seeding team in workflow and task - includes getting our product ordered and sent to key markets, as part of marketing, sales and category activations Identify automation / simplification opportunities to streamline workflow Partner with lead to future plan the larger role out of the seeding program beyond gaming Responsibilities: Assist in alleviating Seeding Project Manager's daily tasks Liaison with key stakeholders to get clarity around ordering needs Be able to forecast / understand upcoming needs as it relates to overall ordering through the seeding tool Make recommendations on how to automate and expand the tool, thus becoming less manual Education and Experience Required

(Objective Minimum Qualifications) Currently enrolled in a master or MBA program with first year completed and graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future. Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams. Fair understanding of how technical / back end systems operate within our team and have a willingness to ask questions when clarity is needed. Clear, professional communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to quickly learn Gaming portfolio Attention to detail and ability to track logistics, shipments, dependencies, and deliverables. Comfort working in a high-velocity, global marketing environment. Preferred Majors: Business Administration Marketing Project Management Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
