HR Dir. experience in large Hospital/healthcare organization a must./ppResponsible for the daily operation of the facility Human Resource Department including, HR administration, employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits administration, performance management and related matters. Ensure excellent HR service to all levels of employees. Serve as business partner on facility Administrative Council, providing HR leadership and expertise as employee advocate, change agent, and administrative expert in people matters. Member of HR leadership team, provide input and recommendations on HR policy and administration.
