Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Director of HR Strategic Solutions to work first shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting for PeopleAdmin and Vector Solutions Lead implementation of the HR strategic plan, including talent development, retention, and workforce planning Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure uninterrupted delivery of core services Manage high-level employee and labor relations issues, conduct 1 on 1, as well as, team meetings to support engagement and accountability Maintain HR systems outside the ERP and support related data clean-up for workday functionality Launch and sustain leadership development programs, career pathways, performance management, and succession planning initiatives Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Academic Affairs, Finance and Budget, Legal, IT, and Union leadership Track HR KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Must have Strategic HR leadership experience Previous people management and cross-functional experience is required Must have the ability to make data informed decisions using HR metrics and KPIs Must have change management and process improvement expertise Must have comprehensive knowledge across HR domains, including HRIS, compensation, employee relations, and talent development Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills Must have excellent communication and organizational skills Must be able to maintain confidentiality
