Industry Pharmaceuticals Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the position of Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology (MST). In this important hands-on role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge in mammalian, microbial, and large molecule production to drive significant innovation and operational excellence. You will take charge of developing and executing MST initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. Leading a skilled MST team, you will provide essential technical support to our production processes, lead the development of cutting-edge production technologies, and troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure our manufacturing remains compliant and efficient. Your contributions will be crucial in managing technology transfers and scaling up processes, while also supporting audits and inspections to maintain the highest GMP and regulatory standards. Qualifications:

A Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. You should possess extensive expertise in large molecule drug development, technology transfer, process optimization, and a strong understanding of GMP compliance, as well as familiarity with U.S. FDA and EU regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach. Strong leadership and talent development capabilities, along with a dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the MST team, are essential.
