Employee Benefits Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Employee Benefits Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000 annually Responsibilities Manage a book of business with group sizes ranging from approximately 2-99 lives and 100+ lives. Handle all aspects of employee benefits accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Work with various types of accounts, including telemedicine, personal health, individual and family plans, Covered CA, Medicare, dental, and vision. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive office atmosphere. Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management. A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required. Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required. Proficiency in using agency management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a positive office culture.
