Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premium Handling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finish Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunities Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role) Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Timely, reliable, and driven Ability to work collaboratively and independently Positive attitude and professional demeanor
