Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts. Experience with technology accounts and familiarity with E&O and D&O coverage is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus opportunities Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including technology accounts. Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI). Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training provided if necessary). Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory. Soft Skills:
