Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Lines Manager and producers to ensure seamless account management, renewals, and marketing efforts.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares.
Handle renewals (90%) and assist with quoting new business (10%).
Perform marketing tasks, Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other account management duties.
Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Epic software.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent conflict resolution abilities, timeliness, and a personable demeanor.
