Job Description
The Director of Human Resource will be assisting management with all steps of the hiring and recruiting process, and ensuring that all employee files, benefit information, and policies are up to date. Additionally, the HR Manager will be processing payroll, BWC claims, and unemployment. Lastly, the HR Manager, will be responsible for overseeing staff appreciation and moral with the assistance of the corporate office.
Nursing Home experience preferred.
