The Associate Director of Training will be a key player within the Learning Center of Excellence in Global Quality. This role focuses on crafting, implementing, and maintaining impactful training programs for the Commercial and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. The ideal candidate will ensure that learning strategies adhere to regulatory requirements, align with corporate standards, and meet business objectives, promoting a culture of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across global operations. Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Design Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy tailored for the Commercial and G&A teams, ensuring alignment with Global Quality standards and organizational goals. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify learning needs, compliance gaps, and performance enhancement opportunities. Program Development & Delivery Create engaging, scalable, and compliant learning solutions (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning) designed for diverse audiences. Oversee the creation and upkeep of training content to guarantee accuracy, relevance, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Governance & Compliance Ensure all training programs adhere to global regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain documentation for audit readiness during inspections. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, HR, Legal, and IT, to enhance and promote learning initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding training trends, compliance risks, and strategies for capability enhancement. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to evaluate training impact and drive improvements. Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to refine learning programs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors. Strong knowledge of R&D functions and the regulatory landscape (GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA). Proven ability to design and implement effective learning programs following adult learning principles. Proficient in learning technologies (LMS, virtual learning platforms) and data-driven training methodologies. Experience in designing and executing global training programs for Commercial and G&A functions. Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Preferred Attributes

This range reflects typical compensation for individuals hired for this role in the United States.
