We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Decatur location (2504 N Water St). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient and professional service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards satisfactory resolutions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent customer service Enter and update customer information in our database systems Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary Meet or exceed established performance metrics and quality standards Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in data entry and basic computer operations Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling monetary exchanges Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service Flexibility to work various shifts as needed Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures Physical ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the work area This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
