WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Shoot and edit social‑first video content across digital and social platforms.
  • Support the Content and Creative teams in producing video and motion content.
  • Capture on location (rehearsals, theatres, events) with a strong social‑native POV, including: Behind‑the‑scenes footage, EPKs and interviews, event coverage, etc.
  • Edit quickly and efficiently with platform best practices in mind (aspect ratios, frame rates, technical requirements, audience context, trends, tone).
  • Create light motion graphics (titles, captions, lower thirds, simple animations) to enhance social videos.
  • Ingest, organize, archive, resize, and manage footage for delivery across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the social and creative teams to brainstorm campaign ideas, contribute concepts, and develop visual references or mood videos.
  • Direct talent as needed to capture desired footage, in collaboration with the team.
  • Stay current on emerging video techniques, social formats, and platform trends.
  • Plan, prep, and schedule equipment usage; flag special production needs in advance.
  • Build strong working relationships with cast, crew, and talent to support effective content capture.
  • Organize selects and deliverables clearly for internal teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2‑4 years of experience in post‑production and content creation, ideally within the advertising industry.
  • High level understanding of the post‑production process.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently, taking initiative and navigating ambiguity in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Knowledge of collaborating and working alongside clients in an advertising setting to meet creative briefs.
  • Excellent sense of pace and timing, acknowledgement for the best way to grab viewers, and a sense for powerful storytelling in as little time as possible.
  • Ability to turn projects around on tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Premiere.
  • Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as After Effects and Media Encoder.
  • Comfortable working with iPhone footage as well as professional camera setups.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and agency departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Actively seeks solutions to problems.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $66,300 to $75,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and years of experience. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
