We’re seeking a creative and sports-savvy Content Creator to capture the spirit of baseball through high-impact videography, photography, and video storytelling. You’ll be on the front lines of our media strategy—filming games, practices, behind-the-scenes moments, and crafting content that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
Responsibilities
- Film and photograph games, practices, and team events
- Create short-form video content that highlights players, plays, and team culture
- Edit videos and photos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X)
- Collaborate with coaches and players to develop engaging content ideas
- Monitor trends in sports media and TikTok to keep content fresh and relevant
- Maintain organized media archives and meet posting deadlines
Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge of baseball and its culture
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile video editing apps
- Proficiency in video content creation and trend analysis
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
- Experience with sports highlight reels
