Responsibilities
Film and photograph games, practices, and team events
Create short-form video content that highlights players, plays, and team culture
Edit videos and photos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X)
Collaborate with coaches and players to develop engaging content ideas
Monitor trends in sports media and TikTok to keep content fresh and relevant
Maintain organized media archives and meet posting deadlines
Ideal Candidate
Strong knowledge of baseball and its culture
Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile video editing apps
Proficiency in video content creation and trend analysis
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
Experience with sports highlight reels
