About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in the Global Retail industry, is looking for a skilled
Learning Experience Designer
to join their team for a 12-month engagement. This project involves spearheading the design and development of creative learning solutions across multiple modalities (ILT/VILT, e-learning, micro videos, etc.) to support global initiatives and digital transformation. This is a high-impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Design and develop creative learning solutions in multiple modalities that may include: ILT/VILT, blended learning, interactive e‑learning, micro videos, mobile/on‑device learning, job aids, certifications, and participant/facilitator guides.
Partner with global stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business needs into consumable, learner‑centered solutions that enhance learning and learner experience, accounting for geographic nuances.
Build interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline and Rise; produce learning assets (videos, slides, facilitator/participant guides, job aids) using Adobe Creative Cloud and related tools.
Create design specs, storyboards, scripts, and prototypes that map directly to learning outcomes and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
Maintain and enhance existing content and assets to reflect evolving business needs and contribute to the development of reusable design templates, asset libraries, and file hygiene.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology, and development/tech communications.
Deep expertise in Articulate 360 suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage projects to a timeline, and prioritize work effectively to meet project goals.
Experience with SCORM, online learning, learning technology, and LMS platforms.
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
