About the Role As a Senior Manager, eCommerce Product Management, you will make an impact by leading consulting teams responsible for designing and building enterprise B2B Commerce and CPQ platforms tailored to client‑specific requirements. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing Consulting group and work collaboratively with project stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead product design and build for enterprise B2B Commerce and CPQ platforms tailored to client requirements.
Facilitate product strategy and roadmap discussions with business and leadership teams.
Gather business requirements, translate them into functional, integration, and technical specifications, and develop use cases/stories.
Leverage deep expertise in serving process‑oriented clients, especially within the process manufacturing segment, to provide tailored solutions.
Proactively identify and assess consulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging knowledge of the process manufacturing industry (Food/Agri, Paper & Packaging, Building materials) and understanding of client needs.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a position that requires 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Minneapolis, MN. What You Must Have to Be Considered
15+ years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client‑facing capacity serving and leading external client engagements.
Extensive experience working in the process manufacturing segment in a consulting capacity.
Excellent customer‑facing capabilities and an established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.
Experience executing engagements spanning current state assessment, process definition, and roadmap creation.
Good understanding of technology as applicable in the above context.
These Will Help You Succeed
Exposure to B2B eCommerce and CPQ domain capabilities within industry‑leading platforms.
MBA with an excellent academic background (preferred).
