Director of Dining Services

to lead our culinary and hospitality operations. This role oversees all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our dining room, bistro, and bar while inspiring and managing a dedicated team.

Salary Range:

$90K-$120K Depending on Experience

Bonus potential with annual metrics

To be successful in the role, you would have:

2 years running front of house in restaurant, hotel convention center or other like venue. Must have experience in opening new venues,

Food Handler's certificate and ServSafe certificate

Exceptional Communication skills,

Guest-Oriented and service minded,

Able to spot and resolve problems efficiencies,

Education - BA degree in Hotel Management/Restaurant Management preferred or equivalent experience. Two to Three years in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services.

Some work duties include:

Oversees the Community of the dining room(s), bistro and bar for residents and guests

Responsible for catering and special event planning,

Responsible for team member scheduling, training and development,

Hires, trains/educates, evaluates team members in accordance with company policies,

Conducts pre-shift meetings and hands on training,

Provides oversight of front of the house service and protocols with focus on customer service and satisfaction,

Responds promptly and works to resolve resident concerns and /or complaints,

Acts as the community’s representative for any health department or other required inspections, assuring compliance and follow up on any deficiencies,

Maintains a positive and professional demeaner towards all residents, their family members and guests, and co-workers.
