Graniti Vicentia has quickly emerged as the premier provider of 360 O service to the Hotel and Casino Hospitality, Multi Family, Healthcare, Retail, and Restaurant & Bar markets. Because of this rapid growth, the company is searching for someone in Industrial Engineering for our fabrication operation, supporting our ventilated façades division.

Overview This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on relationship building, expert product guidance, and supporting a growing hospitality and commercial project pipeline. You will represent Graniti Vicentia in the Dallas market, partnering closely with designers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Represent Graniti Vicentia across the Dallas hospitality and commercial design markets

Support local business development initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement

Maintain and update client libraries with new product collections

Develop deep product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions for each project

Communicate product features and benefits clearly and confidently

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up

Collaborate weekly with the National Sales Manager to execute local sales strategies

Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction

Promote Graniti Vicentia at trade shows and industry events

Maintain a personal trunk or at-home sample library to support client meetings

Equip clients with tools and resources to support informed decision-making

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including activity logs and project notes

Track and manage T&E expenses responsibly on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

CRM & Project Management

Use CRM systems to monitor project pipelines and track progress

Partner with Project Coordinators to support project conversions and timelines

Identify projects requiring custom solutions and engage appropriate internal experts

Assist with pricing coordination and gathering project details

Collaborate with other sales representatives to manage shared stakeholders, including procurement firms, hotel groups, and designers

Monitor project milestones, including specifications, model rooms, installations, and estimates

Participate in regular project check-ins to ensure alignment and momentum

Follow up on project inquiries, sample requests, and orders to maintain continuity

Qualifications What You Bring to the Table Local Market Expertise

Based in Dallas, Texas with strong knowledge of the local hospitality and commercial design market

Industry Experience

10+ years of experience in sales or business development

Background in interior design, commercial furnishings, or hospitality preferred

Proven ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships

Project-Focused & Organized

Experience managing long-lead, specification-driven projects

Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

Technology & Tools

Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient

Work & Travel Readiness

Ability to work from a home office and remain connected while on the go

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, headquarters events, and key brand moments

Reliable transportation with sufficient space to carry samples and sales materials

Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to regularly transport and handle product samples and sales materials. This includes lifting, carrying, and loading sample cases weighing

up to 40 pounds

independently. Additional physical requirements include frequent local travel by car within the Dallas area and extended periods of standing or walking during client meetings, presentations, and trade shows.
