Position Overview TPC Prestancia in Sarasota, Florida is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Racquet Sports Professional to help grow and energize our tennis, pickleball, padel, and overall racquet sports programming. This role will play a key part in instruction, member engagement, and serving as a visible ambassador for the Racquet Sports Department.
The Sports Club will feature: 16 lighted tennis courts 6 lighted pickleball courts 4 lighted padel courts A 31,000-square-foot Wellness Center Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction in tennis and pickleball for players of all ages and skill levels Actively engage members to promote participation in programs, clinics, leagues, and events Serve as a Racquet Sports Ambassador, representing the club with professionalism and enthusiasm Assist with the development and execution of racquet sports programs, leagues, and social events Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic racquet sports environment Qualifications & Certifications
RSPA Tennis and Pickleball Certification required College tennis experience preferred NTRP rating of 4.5 or higher Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and member service
About TPC Prestancia TPC Prestancia is owned and operated by Heritage Golf Group, the fastest-growing private club owner and operator in the United States. We're excited to introduce The Sports Club at TPC Prestancia, formerly known as The Sarasota Sports Club. This expansive wellness complex will provide TPC Prestancia members exclusive access to over 20 racquet sport courts, including pickleball and padel, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms, wellness programming, and more.
The 30,000-square-foot clubhouse is currently undergoing comprehensive renovations to reimagine the fitness and wellness experience for our members. Renovations will be completed in phases, beginning with the pools and racquet sport facilities, followed by updates to the clubhouse, fitness center, locker rooms, and beyond.
