Full details are available upon request.Job DetailsThe firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office to support a commercial real estate transactions practice. This role works closely with senior attorneys locally while also collaborating with colleagues nationwide on complex real estate matters.Key Responsibilities & Experience:2–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactionsExperience with property types such as retail, industrial, multifamily, and officeDrafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements (required)Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and mixed-use developments preferredExposure to pre-litigation real estate disputes, affordable housing, land use, or zoning matters is a plusQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing in TexasStrong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skillHigh attention to detail and a strong work ethicInterested in hearing more?
