This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our thriving real estate practice, working on complex transactions involving commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, with a proven track record of negotiating contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, while also managing your own portfolio of clients and cases. Responsibilities:1. Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and development agreements.3. Conduct due diligence reviews, including review of title and survey, environmental reports, zoning reports, and other property-related documents.4. Advise clients on legal and business issues related to commercial real estate transactions, including risk management, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance.5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth transaction execution and client satisfaction.6. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and client presentations.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably with a focus on transactional work.4. Proven experience negotiating complex commercial real estate contracts.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.8. Proficiency in legal research tools and real estate software.9.
