Entry Level Shop Tech
to join our Wyoming, MI shop. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to start a long-term career in industrial service work. No prior industry experience is required.
We provide paid, hands‑on training! As a Technician in Training, you’ll assist with the installation and repair of
industrial batteries, chargers, and material handling equipment , becoming proficient through direct mentorship and shop-based experience. Compensation is $16-$18 per hour What You’ll Do
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial batteries and chargers Support fully trained technicians while learning service procedures Perform various shop tasks and general labor as needed Utilize laptops/tablets for service documentation Provide excellent customer service when interacting onsite Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop What We’re Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude
and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license in good standing Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using basic technology (laptop, tablet, mobile apps) Benefits Starting Day One
