Job Purpose:

Maintains superior customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources, maintaining a clean work environment and promoting growth of the business operations.

Responsibilities

Must sign the Pack Pride document and agree to practice the tenets of this document daily.

Must pass Online Camper Certification and CPR/First Aid online classes within 90 days of employment.

Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Ensures compliance with all franchise expectations, general health/safety needs of all employees/pets/customers and with any local or federal agency regulatory requirements.

Executes and maintains daily quality control systems.

Meets regularly with the General Manager to discuss details with the operations and to set future goals for improvement and growth.

Call previous customers to set up future appointments.

Must ensure the care and safety of all of your clients' dogs.

Know which dogs have passed our evaluation process and which have not.

No grooming dog that has either not passed or not been evaluated will be put into a play yard or a cabin while waiting for the Groomer or the client. The dog must stay in the lobby until the Groomer comes up to get the dog or the dog must stay with the Groomer until the dog is picked up by the client once the groom is completed.

Knowing the difference between hair coats and breed types.

Be able to perform all standard breed cuts.

Speak to each parent before the cut begins either face-to-face or over the phone.

Use all instructions from clients on their dogs cut either; written, picture, or verbal.

Maintain your blades and shears quarterly by having them professionally sharpened.

Disinfect all equipment after use ensuring no rust on blades.

Report any and all injuries or concerns about the dog whether it was done by the Groomer or discovered while grooming.

All grooms must be done within camera view and within a 90 minute time frame.

Qualifications

You must have your own reliable transportation.

You must not be allergic to animals.

Must be willing to work weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Commitment to following the Pack Pride tenets and franchise expectations as applicable.
