entry-level, hands‑on role

positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for helping others . Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events, fundraising drives, and community initiatives Support event logistics , including setup, registration, volunteer management, and breakdown Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants
to ensure a welcoming event experience Help create and distribute event communications and promotional materials Track and report on attendance, engagement, and fundraising results Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
to align events with organizational goals Participate in post-event evaluations
and provide ideas to improve future initiatives Qualifications
Passion for community service, nonprofit work, and event planning Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Positive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in
event management, nonprofit studies, or communications
