Job Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence Interact with dealers, external customers and internal departments within Chase Conduct employment and insurance verification Investigate and verify pertinent loan information Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors Meet or exceed quality control audits Participate in the document retention process

Strong communication skills Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines Customer service and/or retail sales experience Attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt within a changing environment Interpersonal and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Auto Finance experience Experience within a call center environment preferred
