The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce expertise, application development experience, and the ability to solve complex software challenges while building scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with project managers and stakeholders to determine CRM requirements.
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
Analyze project objectives and create customer workflows.
Establish timelines and development goals.
Test application stability, performance, and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and system issues.
Write technical documentation and provide training to Salesforce staff.
Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of application software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in application and software development.
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
Proficiency in MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native development, and Visualforce.
Working knowledge of Maven's Mate or Eclipse.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to solve complex, high-level software and application issues.
Ability to manage projects effectively.
Desirable Skills:
Skills: Salesforce~Digital : Salesforce Administration and Functional Design
