Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Strong operational experience with ACBS and Loan IQ platforms Knowledge of migration processes and project methodologies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Leadership skills to manage migration processes (note: no direct people management involved) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to an evolving project environment Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Self-driven with a strong desire to meet deadlines Innovative thinking and the ability to suggest and develop client approaches Good written and verbal communication skills in English Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Drive execution on data migration, risk control, training, and business process alignment Lead test migrations, dry run activities, and migration go-live events Manage recognition of pre and post-migration data discrepancies and identify resolutions Liaise with stakeholders and techops partners to drive data cleanup and process optimization Ensure proper review and sign-off of project artifacts Support systems implementation and provide on-site guidance and issue escalation Communicate professionally and confidently to a global audience and support presentation creation Company Benefits & Culture
