What You’ll Do

Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and accuracy

Resolve customer inquiries related to billing, service, or account issues

Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions clearly and thoroughly

Follow established processes while using judgment to handle nuanced situations

Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams as needed

What You Bring

2‑4 years experience in a call center

Experience in a high‑volume, metrics‑driven environment

Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

Comfort handling complex or occasionally difficult customer interactions

Reliability, coachability, and a desire to continue learning

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
