The Home Depot Pro Sales and Customer Service Team is committed to providing an exceptional experience for our professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will: Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment to expert product recommendations. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge and loyalty programs. Meet monthly sales goals and key performance metrics to contribute to store success. Assist customers at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and provide specialized paint and product knowledge. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while resolving delivery issues. Communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages to enhance customer satisfaction. We're looking for motivated individuals who excel at customer service and want to help ensure every Pro customer's project is a success. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred in certain locations based on customer needs. Join us in supporting our store's goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
