Our team is involved in every aspect of the Pro customer journey, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, safe loading, and offering expert product recommendations tailored to their needs.
As a member of the Pro Sales and Customer Support team, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers
Proactively drive sales by utilizing product knowledge and loyalty program incentives
Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to store metrics
Assist at the Pro Desk, manage deliveries, and provide specialized paint and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to keep the environment clean, organized, and safe
Resolve delivery issues and effectively communicate Home Depot's advantages over competitors
Monitor inventory and execute sales initiatives to support store objectives
