As a member of the Pro Customer Engagement and Sales Team, you will: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Pro customers. Proactively drive sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and customized recommendations. Provide exceptional service tailored to unique project needs. Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized product knowledge. Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot's advantages over competitors. In this role, you will be expected to meet monthly sales goals while supporting store objectives by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and maintaining top-notch customer service and safety standards.
