As a member of the Pro Customer Service and Sales Team, you will:
Build and nurture professional relationships with Pro customers.
Proactively drive sales by utilizing your product knowledge, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
Provide exceptional service tailored to unique project needs.
Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to boost in-store sales.
Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
Collaboration is essential in this role. You will work alongside your team to:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Resolve delivery issues efficiently.
Communicate Home Depot's competitive advantages effectively.
Your contributions will help support the store’s objectives, including monitoring inventory and implementing sales initiatives while upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Bilingual communication skills may be beneficial at certain locations, as specific languages will depend on customer needs.
