Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 8 Months

Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems to understand user needs and system requirements. Align system solutions with overall business strategies and organizational goals. Conduct business process reengineering, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Map and document business processes using industry-standard methodologies. Identify new technology solutions to solve business problems and improve performance. Develop solution options, including feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and cost/benefit studies. Prepare financial analyses such as ROI, build vs. buy, and cost-benefit evaluations. Document detailed user requirements, system functions, workflows, and specifications for system development or enhancements. Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT groups (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Support, etc.). Perform data analysis to interpret raw data and support business decisions. Collaborate with project management teams, and leverage PMP knowledge (preferred). Work independently, exercising judgment and creativity to complete complex tasks. Required education and experience:
8+ years of Extensive experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. 8+ years of Thorough understanding of the business analysis areas of knowledge and its associated activities and tasks. 8+ years of Experience participating in software development reviews and providing advice and assistance to other team members in analysis, design, and test. 8+ years of Experience performing or participating in unit testing, support system testing and user acceptance testing. 8+ years of Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy. 8+ years of Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies. 8+ years of Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with both IT and business professionals and clients. Preferred Skills:
8+ years of Experience with the implementation of case management systems. 8+ years of Experience with Jira project management software.
