Salesforce Business Analyst - Contract - Onsite (Multiple Locations)
You will work within a global team, spanning various time zones, and ensure excellent customer service.
You will partner closely with the internal Business Technology group and Global Support teams to maintain and enhance our customer support systems.
You are a self-starter who learns quickly, drives deliverables, and ensures that the customer and analyst experience is always kept at the forefront.
Skillsets:
Write and manage Customer Support requirements and user stories for prioritized roadmap initiatives. Identify opportunities for technology improvements that lead to best-in-class customer service. Document and track dependencies related to assigned projects. Ensure the delivery of business requirements documentation, user story readiness, backlog grooming & refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functional documentation for assigned initiatives. Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with business technology to drive viable solutions and facilitate the resolution of issues. Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
Qualifications : • 5+ years of
business
or
systems
analysis
experience. •
Undergraduate
degree
or equivalent in business or technology field. • Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred. •
