About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will drive requirements gathering, process optimization, and Salesforce solution design across multiple business units. The ideal candidate brings a strong business analysis background, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to partner with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes and translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications.
Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and project managers to design scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend best‑practice Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT activities in an Agile environment.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment among business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, data structures, and process design.
Support change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
Collaborate with integration teams, especially when involving Mulesoft or other middleware tools.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience
in a business analyst or functional analyst role.
Strong business analysis background , including process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder facilitation.
Proven experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce clouds.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing industry experience
or familiarity with manufacturing‑related business processes.
Salesforce certifications , such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Platform App Builder
Experience with
Mulesoft
integrations or similar middleware platforms.
Understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
Agile/Scrum experience (CSM or similar certification is a plus).
