Business Analyst (Enterprise Platforms & AI)
Austin, TX (Hybrid) | Award-Winning, Hyper-Growth Organization
An award-winning, industry-leading organization in the midst of continued hyper-growth is seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI-driven platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and data—and is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping solutions, not just documenting requirements.
With a strong foundation, large-scale enterprise footprint, and significant investment in automation and AI, this organization offers a unique opportunity to influence how data, processes, and platforms evolve at scale.
The Opportunity As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as a trusted, consultative partner to business and technical stakeholders. You’ll lead discovery, clarify ambiguity, surface hidden dependencies, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable, data-centric user stories. Your work will directly support reporting, automation, and AI initiatives across the enterprise.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks holistically, anticipates downstream impacts, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Partner cross-functionally to shape solutions, identify upstream/downstream dependencies, and recommend process or UI improvements
Support QA and testing efforts by clarifying acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and assisting with issue triage
Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications
Develop user enablement materials such as job aids, quick reference guides, and FAQs
Manage and prioritize requirements across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI initiatives
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives
Leverage generative AI tools to improve productivity across documentation, analysis, and test preparation
Serve as the bridge between business users, developers, leadership, and external partners
Continuously improve requirements quality, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency
✅ What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Why This Role?
Join an award‑winning organization with a strong enterprise footprint
Be part of a hyper‑growth phase with major investments in AI and automation
High‑impact role influencing data quality, system design, and business outcomes
