Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary Join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders in a fast-paced Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory needs. Your attention to detail will help maintain our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Identify and mark pallets with the appropriate store information. Operate lift equipment after completing necessary training and certification. Select and stage inventory items for timely store deliveries. Replenish inventory on shelves to ensure product availability. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance. Perform other related duties as assigned to support team goals. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High School diploma or GED required. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Capable of reading and interpreting various documents such as safety rules and instructions. Proficient in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Preferred Skills Prior warehouse experience or training is a plus but not mandatory. Physical Requirements This role requires physically demanding tasks, including: Regularly standing, walking, using hands and fingers, and reaching. Frequently stopping, kneeling, and crouching. Occasionally sitting, climbing, or balancing. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds. Vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation The estimated hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.45 to $18.10, depending on various factors such as location, relevant experience, and skills.
