
Job Description
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately filling store to customer orders in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Your responsibilities will include picking merchandise from shelves, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining back stock according to company standards.
Responsibilities
Accurately mark pallets with identifying store information.
Utilize lift equipment after completing necessary training and certification.
Pick and stage items for timely store deliveries.
Replenish inventory on shelves to maintain stock levels.
Exhibit consistent and reliable attendance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency required.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
Proficient in basic math: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Preferred Skills
Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this job include:
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, and communicate effectively.
Frequently required to stop, kneel, and crouch.
Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
