Business Insights Analyst Job Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end users. Work closely with project sponsors to define project scope and vision. Identify project stakeholders, clarify customer classes, and understand their characteristics. Conduct interviews and workshops to gather customer requirements through various methods like questionnaires, surveys, and site visits. Define the scope and parameters of requirements analysis for each project, determining project impact and success metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize the collected requirements effectively. Assess existing requirements-gathering processes for effectiveness and develop strategies to enhance them. Support purchasing efforts by researching products that meet defined requirements. Participate in quality assurance of purchased solutions to ensure features and functionalities are optimized. Assist in selecting requirements documentation software tools that suit the organization's needs. Analyze and verify requirements for clarity, feasibility, and standards compliance. Utilize standard templates to write accurate and concise requirements specifications. Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements understandable by developers and project teams. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and the project team. Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure proper interpretation of specifications. Help interpret customer requirements into feasible options and communicate them back to stakeholders. Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, making necessary adjustments. Communicate any changes or enhancements to business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members. Work Hours & Benefits:
