Required Qualifications Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear, practical recommendations. Strong proficiency in Excel and/or database tools to pull, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources. Experience building or supporting low-code tools or platforms (e.g., Power Platform or similar) to display data and collect input. Ability to synthesize information across datasets, policies, or requirements to identify patterns, gaps, or redundancies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently, manage tasks asynchronously, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with statutory, compliance, or policy-related data, particularly in education or government settings. Experience identifying and reducing duplication across systems, plans, or reporting requirements. Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization, or automated data collection tools. Experience supporting goal-setting, planning, or performance monitoring using data. Background in education, public sector, civic tech, or related fields.
